Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the best rate and delivery time. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. We cannot replace or refund packages shipped to incorrect addresses.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused items in their original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Custom or personalized items can’t be returned, but please contact us if there’s a problem — we’ll do our best to make it right!
